This Privacy Policy applies to the Renovia mobile application (“Renovia”, “Application”, “App”) published on Google Play by Solid State App.

Solid State App respects the privacy of Renovia users. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Renovia application may access or process, why this information is used, how it is handled, and the choices available to users.
1. About Renovia
Renovia is an AI-powered home and interior design application. Users can select or capture photographs of rooms and use supported artificial intelligence features to create, redesign, visualize, or modify interior designs.
The application may require access to certain device features and information in order to provide these functions.
2. Information We Access or Process
Depending on the features used by the user, Renovia may access or process the following information.
Android Device Identifier
Renovia may access the device's Android ID or a similar application/device identifier.

The application only accesses photos that the user chooses or otherwise authorizes the application to access, subject to the permissions and capabilities provided by the Android operating system.
Selected images may be transmitted to servers or third-party service providers when this is necessary to process an AI request and return the generated result to the user.
Camera
Renovia may request access to the device camera when the user chooses to capture a new photograph from within the application.
Camera access is used to allow the user to take photographs for Renovia's home and interior design features.
Renovia does not intentionally activate the camera in the background or capture photographs without user action.
AI Processing Data
When a user requests an AI-generated design, the selected or captured image and information necessary to perform the requested generation may be transmitted to servers and/or service providers involved in providing the AI processing functionality.
Such information is processed for the purpose of providing the feature requested by the user.
3. How Information Is Used
Information accessed or processed through Renovia may be used to:
Provide the application's features and services;
Process user-selected or captured images;
Generate AI-powered home and interior designs;
Store and display generated designs where applicable;

5. Google Play Billing and Purchases

Payments made through Google Play are processed by Google Play. Solid State App does not directly receive or store users' complete payment card information through the Renovia application.
Information relating to purchase status may be processed to determine whether the user has access to purchased or premium features.
6. Data Storage and Security
Solid State App takes reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through Renovia against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.
Where information is transmitted between the application and remote services, appropriate network security mechanisms are used where supported.
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Data Retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Renovia's functionality, maintain legitimate application operations, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect the application and its users.
Temporary information used for AI processing may be retained only as necessary for processing, technical operation, security, or requirements imposed by the relevant service provider.
Application-related records such as credits, premium status, purchase status, or identifiers may be retained while necessary to provide and maintain the relevant functionality.
8. Data Deletion and User Requests
Users may contact Solid State App to request information about, correction of, or deletion of personal data associated with their use of Renovia, where applicable.

When a valid deletion request is received, data controlled by Solid State App will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or other legitimate purposes.
Information processed independently by third-party service providers may also be subject to those providers' respective retention and deletion policies.
9. Permissions
Renovia may request Android permissions necessary for features selected by the user, including permissions related to:
Camera access;
Photos, images, or media access, where required by the Android version being used.
Permissions are requested for application functionality and should only be used for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Users can manage application permissions through their Android device settings.
10. Children's Privacy
Renovia is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.
If Solid State App becomes aware that personal information belonging to a child has been collected in circumstances requiring deletion, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information.
